Data synthesis and design

Given access to a large dataset on Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and simply tasked to make the incomprehendable comprehensible, intensive experimentation into how this data can be portrayed for quick human consumption was explored. Utilising HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills as well as data formatting, external research and repeated user testing, the development of an interactive webpage advertising the data-recording product known as SAMBA was conducted. The data was showcased through two interactive graphs and within the context of a potential target demographic in Florists; the result provides an empathy for floral vitality and understanding for plant life requirements by portraying the data in a call-to-action display.
